* Assist with luggage handling, valet parking, and guest inquiries
* Maintain a strong presence at the hotel entrance, ensuring security and guest assistance
* Deliver exceptional five-star service, anticipating guest needs with discretion
* Assist with transport arrangements, door service, and general guest support
* Demonstrate a current knowledge of all Celtic Collection services, as well as local attractions and landmarks
* Engage in casual yet professional conversations to create a welcoming atmosphere
