Salary - £28,000 £32,000 + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £50,000+)

Part of the K3 Advisory Group, Knightsbridge Commercial is one of the UKs leading advisors to SME business owners looking to sell. We operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.

The Role:
This is not a passive customer service role.

Youll be the first point of contact for business owners considering a sale of their business, quickly qualifying opportunities and booking high-value appointments (face-to-face and via Microsoft Teams) for our Commercial Directors.

Your success is measured on quality conversations, qualified opportunities, and appointments that convert.

If youre competitive, money-motivated, and thrive on targets, this role gives you the platform to earn and progress quickly.
What Youll Be Doing:

* Taking ownership of inbound enquiries and converting them into qualified opportunities

* Proactively calling and following up with warm leads

* Asking the right questions to uncover intent, motivation, and suitability

* Booking and coordinating high-quality meetings for Commercial Directors

* Positioning the value of progressing to a senior-level consultation

* Managing your pipeline and activity through CRM

* Working closely with people who have experience of doing the same role to maximise conversion rates
