Quantity Surveyor – Utilities & Infrastructure
Location - Bradford
Salary - £50,000 to £70,000 DOE + Car or Allowance + Package

The Role
Based out of their Bradford office, you’ll play a key part in managing and controlling the financial and commercial aspects of ongoing utility and infrastructure projects. Your role will be critical in ensuring profitability, cost-efficiency, and commercial compliance across the board.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Measuring and valuing completed work
*
Monitoring costs against value and reporting on performance
*
Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly valuations
*
Managing subcontractor accounts and tender processes
*
Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and cost reporting
*
Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and Tier 1 clients
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from Quantity Surveyors who are commercially savvy, detail-driven, and confident managing utility or civils-based project accounts.
Experience we value:
*
Background in utilities, drainage, water, groundworks, or civils
*
Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
*
Strong measurement and valuation experience
*
Able to monitor and report on cost vs value effectively
*
Experience working on frameworks or long-term utility contracts is a plus
