We are looking for an experienced leader to work15 hours per week across Monday and Wednesday each week, supporting, motivating and inspiring our Taunton based meter reading team.
What you'll do
You will work alongside the existing Team Leader in a job share arrangement in managing a hardworking and friendly field-based team of up to 12 meter readers working predominantly within the Taunton area. Your main base will be our Galmington depot in Taunton. Your team are responsible for obtaining and verifying water meter readings for our Bristol Water and Wessex Water customers as well as commercial water retailers.
A strong customer focus is essential to ensure that we WOW' our clients and customers alike. With great attention to detail and meticulous planning, you will ensure your team are engaged, developed and supported to achieve their productivity expectations and deliver for our customers.
