Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join us as a Teaching Assistant.
The Successful Candidate Will
* Mentor, support, and inspire learners by assisting with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities.
* Assist with preparing learning materials and contribute to delivering learning objectives, with a focus on behavioral management and emotional health assessment tools.
* Provide daily reports on learners’ progress and barriers to learning.
* Work collaboratively with SLT members and Student Support & Intervention Mentors to support students and their parents.
* Interact regularly with parents/caregivers.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
* A passionate commitment to supporting students with SEND.
* At least two years’ experience working in a SEND environment or similar setting.
* A Level 3 TA qualification is advantageous.

We are a small independent school supporting students who have previously faced difficulties accessing education. We are committed to engaging students in appropriate programs that enable them to re-engage and achieve their best outcomes.
Our curriculum includes GCSEs, BTECs, functional skills, and adventurous activities like water sports, mountain biking, archery, and horse riding.
