We’re looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Room Lead to join a warm, welcoming nursery setting in Cullompton on a full-time basis. About the Nursery: Our setting is a well-established, purpose-built nursery that provides a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5 years. With spacious rooms, secure outdoor areas, and a dedicated team of early years professionals, the nursery promotes a child-led approach to learning, encouraging exploration, creativity, and development through play. The Role – Nursery Room Lead: As a Room Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of one of our age-specific rooms (Baby, Toddler, or Pre-School), ensuring high standards of care and early years education are consistently maintained. You will lead a small team of practitioners, supporting them with planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues alike.
