Overview
We are currently looking to recruit a friendly, reliable, enthusiastic and hard‑working Clinical Support Services Coordinator to work at Richmond Rehab Unit.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, able to work under pressure, have excellent communication skills, a can‑do approach to their work, work well both independently and as an integral part of our team, and share our high work ethos.
Hours & Coverage
Hours of work – 15 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday 08.30am – 5pm with an hour for lunch. The post holder will also cover the site during colleague’s sickness and annual leave as required, and must be flexible to work during the advertised hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, demonstrating professionalism, care, courtesy and respect when greeting them.
* Provide the best patient service and maintain a positive, welcoming environment.
* Support front‑line duties and assist other staff as necessary.
* Cover the site as and when required during colleague’s sickness and annual leave.
