Kronospan has new opportunity for a Receptionist to join the team based in Chirk, North Wales. The successful candidates will join us on a full time basis and will receive a competitive salary.
Hours of Work
Week 1 - – Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch
Week 2 - – Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch
When covering holidays, 0700 - 1700 will be required, with the extra hour paid at basic rate.
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist -
•Answer all incoming calls, advise & direct to appropriate party, announcing nominated calls.
•Provide first welcome to visitors.
•Prepare for customer visits, ensuring correct PPE, hard hats, is available.
•Make tea & coffee for visitors & meetings. Set out buffets.
•Provide directions to contractors, drivers & visitors.
•Issue contractor vehicle permits.
•Undertake various administrative tasks posting invoices.
•Administration of Clocking in system
•Any other reasonable duties that you may be asked to perform.
•To meet or exceed any specific performance objectives agreed under the Kronospan performance appraisal process.
•Adherence to all Kronospan policies and procedures.
Requirements
Working knowledge of MS Office
Preferably Secondary/College education
The ability to work under pressure due to phone calls/visitors increased number at times.
