As Duty Manager, you will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for managing shifts.
Key responsibilities include:

* Completing all actions set by your line manager.
* Supporting and working with the Talking Shop Rep.

* Completing actions from daily floor walks focusing on customer experience.
* Providing excellent service both in-store and at the doorstep.
* Following cash handling and security policies.

Required skills & experience:
* Experience in retail management or supervision is preferred but not essential.

* Setting team pace and being hands-on during shifts.

Additional Information:
We seek a dedicated individual with experience managing a fast-paced environment. Training will include Stock Handling, Online Picking, and Checkouts, with further development in cash handling, inventory management, and store operations. If you hold a driving license for over 3 years, there is an opportunity to train as a Home Delivery Driver. Availability on weekdays and weekends is required. This role involves responsibilities beyond shelf stacking, including managing customer availability, stock inventory, and legal checks.
