Job overview

Your main responsibilities will include looking after all the administrative duties to facilitate the smooth running of the stations.

Main duties include;

1. Being the single point of contact for staff queries
2. Liaising with Payroll
3. Minute Taking
4. Facilitating planning for staff to attend training
5. Produce reports as and when required

Knowledge, Training and Experience

Essential criteria

6. •Educated to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification, or significant equivalent previous proven experience.
7. •Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems.
8. •Trained or willing to work towards Loggist training

Desirable criteria

9. •Experience of working in a health care environment.
10. •Awareness of a range of Health Services provisions
11. •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
12. •Knowledge of NHS issues.
13. •Understanding of Data Protection legislation.
