Thermal Comfort Solutions, a business segment of Lear Corporation, is a leader in the design and manufacture of seat heating, seat comfort system and seat ventilation solutions.
Role overview:
Maximize sales output by understanding and influencing the Customer needs with in-depth Product knowledge, clear communication, and collaboration with sales.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the company's sales team to build relationships with key customer stakeholders
2. Promote the product roadmap to the customer stakeholders.
3. Elicit roadmap requirements from customers and build an informed opinion on product and technology requirement trends in the region
4. Tenacious drive the requirements of the regional road map to head of Product Engineering
5. Execute on pre-development activities for the region
6. Be the voice of the customer to the internal stakeholders
7. Deliver technical training sessions to both customers and internal teams, ensuring that everyone has a thorough understanding of the electronic products
Key skills and Qualifications:
8. Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline - We may also consider other qualifications, which are supported by strong relevant experience in this field.
9. Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of electronics
10. Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Presentation and training Skills: Strong presentation skills to convey complex technical information
12. Problem-Solving Skills: adept at analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and proposing effective solutions
13. Fluent in English
