As Engineering Project Engineer will support the planning, delivery of capital and revenue engineering projects across the site. Working closely with stakeholders, you will gain exposure to the full project life cycle, from feasibility and specification through to commissioning and handover. This role is ideal for an engineer with 3-5 years' post-graduate experience who is looking to build project management capability. Description Key Responsibilities Support feasibility studies and technical evaluations for engineering projects across utilities & facilities Assist in developing technical specifications and detailed project plans Prepare and maintain project documentation (CAPEX requests, URS, FDS, validation reports) Support supplier selection, coordination and performance monitoring Help deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and GMP standards Support commissioning activities, training and change control processes Track and report project progress using KPIs and project tools Participate in cross-functional project teams within a matrix organisation Support effective project handover to internal stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practice Profile Ideal Candidate Degree qualified in Electrical, Mechanical or Process Engineering (or equivalent) 3-5 years' post-graduate experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment Exposure to engineering projects within high speed manufacturing Broad mechanical and electrical engineering understanding Working knowledge of project management principles Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving Comfortable working with suppliers, contractors and internal teams Basic CAD knowledge Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and develop Job Offer Excellent salary package and development
