Overview
Physiotherapist – Occupational Health role based at Municipal Buildings, Pontypridd, CF37 2DP. The Council’s Occupational Health team provides clinical assessments and interventions to support health and safety obligations and promote employee wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Provide fitness for work assessments and guidance.
* Deliver therapeutic interventions to maximise the health and wellbeing of service users.
* Support the wider clinical team and contribute to professional governance, monitoring and development.
* Support health promotion activities and contribute to attendance management objectives.
* Undertake clinical duties and health promotion from the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Unit; a hybrid working pattern may be discussed with the Occupational Health Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
* Qualified physiotherapist with a keen interest in occupational health.
