Responsibilities
Clinical Lead’s with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our nursing management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Clinical Lead to join us in leading our nursing service in Norton Fitzwarren. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people.
The people we support at this service have conditions such as Huntington’s, Acquired Brain Injuries, Strokes, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities. This wide range of conditions ensures that Clinical Leads continue to develop and learn new skills day-to-day. Our Clinical Leads are supported to continue with their CPD and are provided with CPD training in areas including: Dementia, pain management, stoma care, catheter care, verification of death.
As a Clinical Lead with us you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives, ensure the clinical needs of the people we support are met, and develop close working relationships with the people we support and our clinical teams to centre nursing and care needs as the main priority. You’ll plan and deliver clinical care and provide support and guidance to care and clinical colleagues, while remaining at the heart of day-to-day support.

We’re interested in Clinical Leads having the right experience and values. At this service, Clinical Leads should have a UK-based nursing qualification, relevant experience in a Clinical Leadership role, prior experience as an RGN, RMN or RNLD, and be registered with the NMC.
Qualifications
Required: UK-based nursing qualification; relevant experience in a Clinical Leadership role; prior experience as an RGN, RMN or RNLD; and current registration with the NMC.
Desirable: alignment with our values and commitment to CPD.
