Job Role: Social Media and Marketing Manager
Salary: Circa £45k plus Package
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Our client is a growing construction company, with fantastic potential to grow into a large scale business in the future. They are seeking an individual with a talent and interest in Social Media Management. This person will take ownership of the day to do day social media and marketing activity whilst supporting the wider business and brand growth.
This role would best suit candidates living locally due to regular office attendance, site visits and content capture. The sites are generally within the Kent region.
The Role:
As Social Media & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, creating content across multiple platforms and supporting wider marketing activity across the construction business.
Key Responsibilities include:
Managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & X via Planable
Managing paid social campaigns and ad manager platforms
Creating content including Reels, TikToks & Shorts
Attending sites/projects weekly for content capture
Updating websites using WordPress
Supporting with basic SEO activity
Monthly reporting, analytics and KPI tracking
Supporting the wider business with branding and marketing activity
About You:
Ideally you will have had some exposure to construction in order to assist the company in an indepth way.
Comfortable working in a handson role within a growing business
Confident using content creation and social media management tools
Organised, proactive and able to work independently
This role would not suit candidates looking for a purely remote or corporate marketing position.
