About the Role
As a Digital Workplace Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and deliver smart, user-focused digital solutions. You'll be instrumental in driving the adoption of modern workplace tools and enhancing operational efficiency through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and user stories
Design and implement digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
Support and enhance existing systems and tools
Lead small-scale digital projects and contribute to larger transformation initiatives
Promote digital adoption and best practices across the organisationWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience in a business analyst or similar IT role
Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis or similar qualification
Experience working in agile environments is desirable.What's on Offer?
