Profectus has a brand new opportunity for a well-established company who are growing their existing support team in Witney.
The position 3rd Line Support / Support Engineer is required for supporting their growing internal team.
The position is based in their Witney office within their IT team supporting internal and external clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
3rd line support to users and IT Infrastructure
Troubleshooting problems through to principal cause
Mentoring to other members of the team
Contributing to development and implementation of IT Infrastructure
Working as a part of the IT team consisting of Head of IT, IT Systems Manager and 1st/2nd line engineers
Skills and Requirements
Experience supporting and implementing Microsoft Server, VMware, Microsoft SQL and Citrix
Office365
inc: SharePoint, Teams, One Drive and Email
Good practical knowledge with Active Directory, Group policy, Multi-factor authentication, patching and Wi-Fi.
Good networking experience
Deliver major system upgrades and project work
