We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Workforce Engagement Manager.



You’ll play a key part in shaping how we plan, manage and evolve our Global Technology workforce to meet business opportunities within Group Chief Information Office (GCIO) Chief Operating Officer (COO).

In this role you’ll:

* Shape and deliver internal GCIO COO specific communications and engagement plans that connect back to, and support key strategies across Technology, and the wider Bank
* Actively represent GCIO COO in comms and engagement forums
* Drive the agenda and organisation of forums including All Hands, Town Halls, colleague exchanges, and others as appropriate
* Assist the Head of GCIO COO and their leadership team in creating and disseminating high quality, clear, engaging content for a range of key stakeholders
* Support the GCIO COO leadership team in identifying and/or driving solutions for targeted learning across the team, such as overseeing creation, maintenance and communication of learning pathways for the GCIO COO community
* Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) by representing the department at, and connecting with, various DEI forums across Technology



To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

* An experienced engagement professional with a track record of successfully delivering people initiatives across a wide range of topics (including but not limited to; DEI, learning & development, recognition, talent planning etc)
* Ability to create, drive and deliver high quality engagement forums, such as Townhalls, All Hands, exchanges and other colleague information and feedback sessions, to a wide-ranging audience and while collaborating with multiple stakeholders and contributors
* Previous success designing and implementing high-quality and compelling internal communications that support key messages and relay relevant information in impactful ways
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work effectively with senior executives across multi-regional geographies
* Ability to manage multiple threads of work under pressure in a large organisation with experience of successfully managing complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders to tight timelines
