Danny Sullivan Group are currently looking for Earthworks Supervisor role in Howden area. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise day-to-day earthworks operations * Manage site operatives, plant, and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently * Coordinate plant movements and earthmoving activities in live highways environments * Deliver daily briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with RAMS and method statements * Monitor ground conditions and ensure works meet engineering specifications and quality standards * Liaise with engineers, site management, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and maintain progress * Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements Requirements: * Valid CSCS Blue or Gold Card (essential) * SSSTS or SMSTS (essential) * Proven previous experience working as an Earthworks Supervisor on highways or major infrastructure projects * Strong understanding of earthworks methodologies, plant operations, and site safety...
