Job Title: Site Engineer
Location: Sittingbourne
Start Date: September 2025
Day Rate: £280 - £300 per day depending on experience
The role:
My client, a well established regional building contractor who specialise in steel frame industrial units is looking for a Site Engineer to join them on a temporary basis
Duties:
Site set up and setting out
Quality Assurance
Working alongside the project management team
Ensuring health and safety compliance
Ensuring works are being carried out in accordance to agreed methodology and method
Ensuring the correct documentation is held on the site
Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification
Requirements
Experience setting out for piling, foundations and steel frames
Able to use a Total Station - Leica 06 / 07/ 16 or GPS
Autocad knowledg
Ideally you'll have experience from a main contractor completing works on a variety of projects
Or you'll have experience completing enabling and setting out works
