Job Title: Qualified Design and Technology Teacher
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Start Date September 2026
Duration: 3 days per week (days flexible)
Salary: £150-£240 per day

Vacancy Details:
* To work as a Cover Supervisor, supporting across all subject areas (where possible, aligning with the specialisms and experience of the successful applicants).
* Ensuring that the pupils are provided with a safe working environment that allows them to learn effectively.
* Completing lesson reviews that provide the returning staff member with information about the classes that have been covered.
* Following and adhering to the schools safeguarding and behaviour policies.
Candidate Requirements:
* Teacher of Design & Technology
* 3 full days per week, days of the week negotiable with succesful applicants
* Mainly responsible for teaching Resistant Materials, so experience and competency in handling machinery is mandatory
* Working with pupils ranging from 11 - 16
