As a Field Care Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring we are competent in providing safe, reliable, compassionate care and support to meet the individual needs and wishes of each customer whilst coaching and mentoring your staff.
Field Care Supervisor responsibilities will include: Completing managerial tasks and accurate record keeping. Updating and reviewing top quality care plans and risk assessments. Supporting our recruitment process. Competency assessing, mentoring and coaching your staff in the field. Occasionally you may be required to deliver care alongside the Care staff.
As our Care Supervisor you will: Hold a full UK driving licence & have access to a reliable vehicle Have right to work in the UK Possess excellent communication skills, both speaking and writing fluent English Be caring, loyal, committed, empathetic, highly reliable and flexible Operate with a person-centred approach Ensure the safety of our customers is paramount Be organised, meticulous and lead by example
