Overview
Matchday Steward - Carlisle Support Services, working in partnership with Manchester United Football Club. Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team for match/event days. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Pay and Hours
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Hours: Casual basis on match/event days with flexibility around other commitments. Minimum commitment of 75% of fixtures at the venue, with the opportunity to work a minimum of 20 home games per season. Football and events take place in the evenings and weekends.
Role and Responsibilities
* Scanning tickets
* Directing spectators
* Monitoring crowds
* Managing queues
Requirements and Training
As an event steward, you must hold, be enrolled on, or be willing to pursue Level 2 NVQ in Spectator Safety. The company will fund and enrol you on the course.
The ideal candidate
* Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance
* Friendly, approachable, and professional
* Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
* Ideally some experience in events or customer care
* Level 2 certificate in Spectator Safety, or willingness to obtain the qualification (funded by us)
* Willing to work at other Carlisle Events venues across the region (desirable)
