About the Role: As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning. You will plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the national curriculum, adapting your teaching to meet the varying needs of pupils in your class. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the individual learning needs of pupils. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Assess, monitor, and record pupils’ progress, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance the learning experience. Contribute to the wider school community and attend relevant meetings and training. Uphold the school’s values and maintain high expectations of behaviour and learning. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience in teaching within a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2). A thorough understanding of the primary national curriculum. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A nurturing, resilient, and creative approach to teaching. Have an updated CV ( covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps ) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one). Why Join GSL Education?
