ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Major Works and Strategic Coordinator to play a central role in the delivery of major works and asset-related projects across Trinity Property Group.
You will sit at the heart of our Strategic and Major Works department, keeping projects on track, information flowing and stakeholders informed. From preparing statutory notices to liaising with surveyors, contractors and residents, you will be the connective tissue that holds complex programmes of work together.
This is a role for someone who is highly organised, takes real ownership of their work, and is energised by the challenge of coordinating multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This is a coordination and communication role at its core. You will be expected to gather and validate information accurately, maintain meticulous records and ensure that all relevant parties, internal teams, customers and third-party contractors are kept informed at every stage of a project.
You will work closely with Property Managers and the wider Strategic and Major Works team, supporting the monitoring and reporting of leaks, roofing issues and ongoing major works programmes across the business.
You will be comfortable probing for information, asking the right questions and following established processes with consistency and care.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You'll be successful in this role if:
Projects are well coordinated, with accurate records and timely communication throughout
Property Managers feel supported and the operational burden on their teams is reduced
Customers receive clear, professional and proactive updates before, during and after works
Documentation, notices and correspondence are prepared accurately and on time
Issues relating to leaks, roofing and asset concerns are logged, tracked and escalated appropriately
HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
Most weeks, you'll be:
Collecting, reviewing and validating information from multiple internal systems
Preparing letters, documentation and statutory or legal notices, including Section 20 correspondence
Liaising with customers, contractors, surveyors and other stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
Supporting the coordination and administration of major works programmes across TPG
Monitoring, logging and reporting leaks, roof issues and related strategic concerns
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is stored in line with internal standards
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
You will be based nationwide with regular travel to our Hemel Hempstead head office and regional offices as required.
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
This role suits someone who:
Is highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over their work
Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and in conversation
Can manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively without losing accuracy
Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Has a positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
Is energetic, customer-centric and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service
