Multi Skilled Mobile (Electrical Bias) Engineer(Midlands)
Leading FM and Building Services and Engineering company opaerting with the commercial, education, retail and healthcare sectors.
1. Establishing and developing a working partnership with the Customer.
2. Managing the successful delivery of all services within the scope of the specification.
3. Compliance with all statutory, Employer's and site specific Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
4. Meeting or exceeding all agreed service levels.
5. Ensuring attainment of customer satisfaction.
6. Developing and retaining an in depth knowledge of all critical systems both mechanical and electrical, and associated controls systems critical to the Critical Business Operations.
7. To work with contract operational and administrative staff to ensure Hard Service tasks are completed and reported effectively.
8. Communicate with colleagues, clients and their representatives in a polite and courteous manner at all times to ensure a high level of customer care.
9. To undertake the day to day operation, planned maintenance, fault finding and repair, periodic inspections and testing of the complete spectrum of services found in a building services environment to include
10. HVAC systems.
11. Electrical systems.
12. Water Systems and Distribution.
13. Building Management Systems (BMS)
14. To ensure that planned preventative maintenance and associated work is implemented efficiently to specified requirements and provide assistance with improving these requirements on a continuous basis.
Requirements
15. Well-developed interpersonal skills.
16. Ability to multi-task & work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
17. Complete required reports on the company's CAFM system.
18. City & Guilds 2330 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology at Level 2 & Level 3.
19. City & Guilds 236 Parts 2.
