As a junior sous chef, you will be a growing leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for our guests and teams. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional food knowledge, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team and helping others achieve their best while maintaining high standards
* Managing the line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, and coaching team members on the go
* Understanding your kitchen’s food, health, and safety standards, as well as financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
* Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs and motivations
