Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in quality and compliance? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Quality Technician to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Rochdale. Offering a salary of £28,000 plus excellent benefits, this role is 100% office-based (with some flexibility) and would suit someone who is highly organised and keen to build a career in health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance. Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation and ongoing improvement of health, safety and quality procedures.
Conduct internal audits across systems and processes to ensure compliance.
Keep documentation and maintenance systems for equipment and plant up to date.
Oversee records and checks related to fire safety, Legionella control, and first aid equipment.
Provide administrative support across compliance activities, including internal reports and audits.
What Experience is Required
A degree in a relevant subject (such as Science, Engineering, or related fields) or a NEBOSH certification.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
An interest in health & safety and working within a regulated environment.
