Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking to join a reputable and forward-thinking organisation? We are currently seeking a dynamic, well-organised and efficient PA to support senior leaders within a vibrant and fast-paced environment based in Leeds. The role is a full time, permanent position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual who takes pride in providing exceptional administrative and organisational support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of business operations, acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients alike.
Responsibilities
* Providing high-level PA support to senior members of the team
* Managing busy and often complex diaries, appointments, and schedules
* Arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes
* Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
* Managing inboxes and handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion
* Supporting internal events and meetings
* Assisting with document preparation and expense processing
* Liaising with clients and internal departments in a timely and courteous manner
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience as a PA
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive and adaptable with a high level of attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Discreet and trustworthy with a professional attitude
