CNC Grinder
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Grinder Operator to join our clients manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate CNC grinding machines to produce precision parts and components
* Set up and program CNC grinding machines for various grinding operations
* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
* Perform in-process inspection activities to ensure parts meet defined acceptance standards
* Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality
* Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC grinding equipment
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes
* Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
QualificationsRequired:
* 2-5 years of experience as a CNC Grinder Operator
* Proficiency in CNC grinder operation
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
* Experience with in-process inspection xsngvjr and quality control procedures
* Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate preferred
