What You'll Do:
Step into a varied, fast-paced role where you'll build a strong foundation in management accounting and finance operations. You'll:
1. Assist with month-end journals including accruals and prepayments
2. Support sales and analysis reporting, identifying insights that drive performance
3. Help manage invoicing, credit notes, and bank reconciliations
4. Contribute to weekly financial reports and fee reconciliations
5. Get involved in tax packs, audits, and ad hoc financial projects
You'll play a key role in supporting the wider finance team and developing the skills needed for professional qualification.
Who You Are:
6. Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
7. Looking to study towards ACCA, CIMA, or ACA (or already started)
8. Strong Excel skills with a sharp analytical mindset
9. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and keen to learn
10. A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
11. Excellent communicator with a commercial mindset
