My client is recruiting for Sales Development Representatives to join their award winning team. Monday to Friday. Excellent basis salary plus good commission structure You will take a proactive role in maintaining, developing relationships with new and existing customers and also introducers. You will follow the sales process fully using the appropriate systems and documentation in line with the FCA and company regulations. Training and support will be provided. You will be extremely driven to learn about all aspects of the industry concentrating on asset finance. Key Responsibilities Sales Development Representatives are tasked with interacting with customers at the beginning of their customer journey, creating a vital first impression for the company brand and speaking with individuals from a variety of industries. You will support the busy team by: 1. Playing a Vital Role in Outbound Sales & Marketing Activities * Working Closely with Finance Specialists, Account Managers, Senior Account Managers & Heads of Departments * Networking * Finding & Initiating Contact with Potential Customers * Qualifying Leads from Marketing Campaigns as Sales Opportunities * Leading Initial Stages of a Sales Pipeline * Maintaining & Developing the CRM System Key Skills * Computer literate * Excellent communicator; verbal and written * Passion for customer service * Able to work efficiently under pressure * Strong eye for detail * Ambitious, driven and with a positive attitude * Full commitment to the company values * Full UK driving licence This role would also be suitable for a graduate entering the workplace if they had the right approach to the role.
