Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week. This will include weekends, and bank holidays as part of a rota, and events this may also include early mornings and evenings.

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to help deliver an exceptional hospitality experience in a modern lakeside setting. The Waterfront Café offers over 200 covers, and our first-floor function space hosts meetings and events with panoramic views.
What you'll do:
* Serve customers face-to-face and operate electronic tills
* Prepare and serve hot and cold food and drinks, including barista coffee
* Assist with food preparation and cooking to approved standards
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas
* Support catering for public visitors, group bookings, and events
What we're looking for:
* Experience in catering and customer service
* Basic cash handling and safety/security duties
* Food Hygiene Level 2 and Food Allergens certification
* Ability to work flexibly across different venues and events
