You will have the opportunity to work on exciting London-based housing projects, from planning through to delivery, and should have prior exposure within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design process through all stages, ensuring excellence in project execution
* Manage a small team to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency
* Conduct design reviews with the management team, contributing to informed decision-making
* Oversee and manage packages throughout various stages, ensuring smooth project progress
* Lead coordination efforts with external consultants and the wider architectural team for seamless collaboration
* Manage and mentor junior members of the team and offer support and guidance
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Registered ARB Architect, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence
* Proficient in Revit is essential for the role.
* Proven experience in leading projects through planning to technical delivery
* Experience working on UK design-led projects and strong knowledge of UK building regulations
