Reeson Education is recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist SEMH setting in the SK16 area. This is a full-time, permanent Behaviour Mentor role supporting pupils aged 11-16 with a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
The school provides small class sizes, structured support, and a nurturing environment where a Behaviour Mentor can make a lasting difference. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work with pupils who may have SEMH, ADHD, anxiety, behavioural difficulties, and other additional needs, ensuring they receive the right interventions and consistent guidance.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
1. Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
2. Support behaviour regulation and emotional wellbeing
3. Provide classroom support alongside the teacher
4. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
5. Encourage engagement with learning and personal growth
6. Promote resilience, independence, and positive social skills
7. Be a reliable and consistent presence for learners who need stability
