What We’re Looking For Experienced Deputy Manager, Home Manager or Registered Manager within elderly care Good understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding and quality assurance Highly organised with strong communication and problem-solving skills Flexible and able to travel between services Full UK driving licence Previous multi-site experience is not essential — we will support the right candidate to develop in this role.
