Healthcare Cash plan Eden Red discounts Responsibilities As a Configuration Management Analyst, you will be a part of the Rapiscan Systems Detection Group Global Configuration/Document Management team: Implement and carry out Rapiscan Detection Group Global Configuration Management (CM) Policy and procedures/processes. Support, and drive CM compliance Document/Data management (DM). Track baselines, action items, change board action items, and program artifacts. Assist with the administration of CCB related actions including minutes and action item notes. Support process improvement procedures. Review manage internal Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) through complete ECO lifecycle. Support, as needed, Functional Configuration Audits (FCA) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) to ensure CM requirements are current, reviewed, verified, completed, and reported. Review CM plans, operating Instructions, and internal procedures and assist with necessary updates, and improvements. Review, comment, and support, and maintain program documentation, Statements of Work (SOW), CDRLs, Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), and Technical Review Documents (TRDs). Assist with managing program baselines. Configuration Status Accounting/Metrics. Support with the creation, submission, and approval of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Requests for Deviation (RFDs), and Developmental Engineering Proposals (DEPs). Qualifications Qualifications and experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of configuration management experience. Experience supporting government configuration management, a plus. A team player who cares about quality in a professional fast-paced environment supporting commercial and government oversight of prime contractors. Experience with the following Software Tools i.e., Microsoft Office & Outlook and ERP/MRP. Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills. Nice to Haves: CM Certification (e.g., CMII, CMPIC, NDIA) Degree in Engineering, IT or relevant field, a plus. PLM and ERP experience
