About Us
The Sussex Provider Collaborative (SPC) is entering an exciting new phase of transformation. As an "all‑in" partnership of NHS organisations across Primary Care, Mental Health, Learning Disability, Community, Acute and Ambulance services, we are working collectively to deliver change at scale, improving quality, care and outcomes for our population.
Our Programme Delivery Team (PDT) drives this transformation. We lead neighbourhood, acute and system‑wide programmes that bring together expertise from across Sussex providers to deliver measurable, meaningful improvements.
Main Duties of the Job
The Role As a Neighbourhood Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in translating Neighbourhood Alliance priorities into delivery at the Place level, supporting the design, implementation and evaluation of local care models that improve outcomes and experience.
You will:
* Lead delivery of Neighbourhood Alliance workstreams across Sussex.
* Develop and manage programme plans delivering benefits.
* Work with ICTs to co‑design and scale neighbourhood models.
* Monitor performance, risks and benefits, feeding into governance.
* Build partnerships across PCNs, Local Authorities and the health, care and voluntary sectors.
* Support ICT Integrators and promote system‑first working.
About You
You will be an experienced programme or project professional, skilled in delivery, influencing and partnership working. You will work autonomously, resolve barriers and focus on improving outcomes.
You will bring:
* Experience in health, care or multi‑agency settings.
* Excellent communication and engagement skills.
* Resilience and adaptability.
Qualifications & Experience
* Educated to degree level or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
* Evidence of continued professional development to Masters level or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
* Experience delivering programmes or projects within a health or care setting.
* Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑partner initiatives.
* Experience working in integrated care structures or place‑based systems.
* Strong delivery and project management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship‑building skills.
* Ability to identify issues, unblock barriers and maintain momentum.
* Capable of working across organisational boundaries with diplomacy and influence.
Contract and Compensation
Fixed term – 12 months, Full‑time.
Salary: £66,582 to £77,368 a year (pro rata).
Travel across Sussex required.
Job Location
Agile working across Sussex, base nearest home.
