Bid Coordinator - Liverpool City Centre - Hybrid Working - Up to £32,000
Forrest Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join a dynamic and creative professional services business based in stunning modern offices in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous bid coordination or tender management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can confidently manage multiple deadlines.
The Role:
* Managing and coordinating tender submissions from start to finish
* Reviewing project tenders received via email and online portals
* Downloading and collating all relevant documentation, images, and supporting information
* Liaising with internal teams, contractors, and clients throughout the bid process
* Monitoring tender portals and tracking updates and deadlines
* Submitting completed tenders to clients accurately and on time
* Tracking outcomes and maintaining bid records
* Supporting wider business development activity, proposals, and client engagement
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous Bid Coordination / Tender Coordination experience is essential
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive, calm, and able to work effectively under pressure
* Strong IT skills and experience working with online tender portals
