They have built a strong reputation for technical excellence, customer service, and delivering modern Microsoft-focused solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.What will you be doing?Joining as a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a key role within the technical team, supporting escalated infrastructure issues while assisting with the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects.You'll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and virtualised environments, supporting a predominantly cloud-based client base. The role will involve Azure migrations, AVD deployments, server upgrades, networking projects, and mentoring junior engineers within the service desk function.What will you need?Strong experience within an MSP environment in a 3rd Line or Project Engineering capacityHands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Azure AD / Entra IDExperience supporting AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) environmentsStrong knowledge of Windows Server and Active DirectorySolid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and switching fundamentalsExperience with virtualisation technologies and virtual machines (VMware / Hyper-V)Knowledge of storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutionsPowerShell scripting and automation experienceExperience using ConnectWise, PSA, or RMM tools within an MSPExcellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work directly with clientsFull UK driving licenceWhat would be desirable?Experience delivering cloud migrations and infrastructure projectsExposure to Ubiquiti / UniFi networking technologiesUnderstanding of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protectionPrevious experience mentoring junior engineers or assisting with escalationsTo ApplyPlease apply through this advert or email your CV directly to .
