Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role inmanaging client relationships, overseeing the delivery of accounting services,and ensuring the team’s success. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries, acting as the main point of contact for their accounting needs.
* Reviewing and finalising statutory accounts, tax computations, and management accounts prepared by the team.
* Providing advisory support to clients, including financial planning, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for business improvement.
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their development and progression.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, including deadlines and quality standards.
* Collaborating with the senior management team to contribute to the firm’s strategic objectives and growth.
