About the Role
We are looking for an experiencedHousing Operations & Compliance Managerto oversee estates-based service delivery and statutory compliance across a residential portfolio.
This is a key role responsible for managing cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services, while ensuring all buildings meet UK statutory, regulatory, and best-practice compliance requirements. The role involves close liaison with contractors, managing agents, residents, and internal teams, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and performance.
