About The Position
* Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
* Oversee the training and development of the team
* Lead by example with a 5 star service
* Support the Restaurant General Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant
The successful candidate
* Must have experience working in hotels or fine dining restaurants
* Previous experience working in a high end restaurant
* A strong knowledge of Food and Beverage
* A team player with excellent communication skills
