Overview
As a Support Worker, you will:
Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care and support with daily living tasks
* Assist with meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
* Encourage independence and engagement in activities
* Support one gentleman to attend Middlesbrough home games (football fans welcome!)
* Get involved in arts, crafts, and social activities
* Provide varying levels of personal care
* Flexibility to work varied shifts across two locations
Requirements / Qualifications
* FULL UK Manual Driving License and access to a car (due to some hard to get to locations) is Required
* A driver with access to a car is preferred

* Flexibility to work across locations (Cleveland, Middlesbrough and Redcar) as Relief (Bank) Support Worker
* Flexible working across locations with whole shifts in one place; relief work offers flexibility with shifts and no obligation to accept every offer
* Shift patterns include: a mix of daytime and sleepover shifts; typical hours may include 09:00-23:00 (sleepover) and 07:00-09:00 the next day; 12:30-18:00 on Wednesdays; 15:00-19:00 on all other days
* A DBS disclosure is required; cost borne by Dimensions
