Lifeways are looking to recruit a Team Leader to supervise the delivery of this care...
You will be overseeing the support of Service Users who have Autism, mental health problems, learning disabilities and behaviour that may challenge.
* Experience of working with these client groups is essential particular experience of working with Service Users with mental health would be an advantage.
* NVQ Level 3 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care or the will to work towards the qualification or a minimum of 2 years learning disability sector experience is essential
