Salary: £31,000 + 10% annual performance bonus
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 16:30, Friday 8:30 to 13:30

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Internal Sales professional to promote and sell products across the UK & Ireland. Youll manage a mix of existing and prospective accounts, develop new business opportunities, and provide excellent customer support to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage quotes, orders, and customer records using SAP and CRM systems
Maintain regular customer contact and identify new sales opportunities
Support external sales, campaigns, trade days, and customer events
Track competitor activity and contribute to sales strategy
Ensure best practice, efficiency, and compliance in daily operations
Experience & Skills
Proven sales experience within a manufacturing background.
Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
Comfortable with CRM systems (SAP experience a plus)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure
Good IT skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
