Freelance Construction Assistant Site Manager Wanted – New Home Builder Location: West Midlands Contract Type: Freelance Start Date: 14th July We’re a fast-growing and forward-thinking new home building company, dedicated to delivering high-quality residential developments. As we expand our portfolio, we’re on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Freelance Construction Assistant Site Manager to support our site teams in delivering new homes to the highest standards. The Role: You’ll work closely with the Site Manager to help oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. You'll play a vital role in supporting subcontractors, maintaining site safety and cleanliness, and keeping the build program on track.
