Position
We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor on a 12‑hour permanent contract at our shop in Oxford. The store operates between 08:00 am and 08:00 pm. Successful candidates must be able to work flexibly within these hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
* Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
* Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders.
* Handle customers’ issues or feedback with a first‑point‑resolution approach and actively seek solutions that benefit the customer.
* Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
* Implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, and use product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities.
* Maintain flexibility in all operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.
Skills
Delivering high standards of customer service, enthusiasm, energy, effective communication, resilience, adaptability, and the confidence to work independently are essential attributes for this role.
