What can you expect in a Facilities Supervisor role with TaskUs?
The league leader in assists: You will support and assist the Facilities Manager with day‑to‑day operational management of all property aspects to assure maintenance of approved quality standards. You will also assist with preparing financial reviews and monthly management reports.
The Facilities Manager’s ally: It is a team effort, where you help the Facilities Manager oversee the safety of employees by ensuring a safe, working and well‑maintained workplace. You coordinate and prepare maintenance programmes for interior and exterior property conditions, ensuring vendors meet TaskUs standards.
Required Qualifications
* Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Electronics and Communications Engineering Degree or equivalent.
* Three‑year experience in facilities and building management.
* The ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Apositive and awesome attitude to blend well with the TaskUs culture.
* Must be organisational, detail‑oriented and able to translate big‑picture ideas into client objectives.
