Overview
Chiltern Wood School, Studley Green site, is opening a new class in September 2026 and seeks a Midday Supervisor to join the early years team. The site supports children with severe and complex learning needs in a therapeutic environment, providing a tight‑knit team atmosphere and outdoor space.
Responsibilities
* Supervise classes for 3 hours per day (11 am – 2 pm), including lunch period duties.
* Provide support to pupils' well‑being, communication, physical, social and emotional development.
* Collaborate with occupational and speech & language therapists and other professionals.
Qualifications
* Previous experience is desired but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Experience in a learning‑through‑play environment is beneficial.
* Candidate will be subject to full vetting checks, including enhanced background checks, online searches and reference verification.
